'by Avy' was established in November 2023 by me, Avy.

by Avy is a Wellness brand which values the art of

slowing down and simple living.

 

With over ten years experience and love of yoga, by Avy offers

yoga classes and wellness workshops, sharing the beautiful

practices embedded in the yogic world.

Qualifications include 200 hour YTT and Restorative yoga.  

 

All products are handcrafted in the UK using friendly

ingredients for you and your home.
