Purchase a Forever refill for your Forever candle and follow the steps below.
 

1) Carefully pour hot water into your candle jar and leave to cool. Residual wax will soften.

2) Once cool, remove wax with a spoon and pour out water.

3) Wipe down the inside of the jar and leave to dry.

4) Remove sticker from the bottom of your Forever refill and place in candle jar.
